Participation in Classes, Events and 1to1 services
By booking or attending any session with Jana Yoga (www.janayoga.co.uk), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All participants must register and complete a health waiver before attending any session. Payments must be made in advance. The schedule is subject to change.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled class if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, your class pass will be deducted, and payments are non-refundable.
Class Passes
Class passes are non-refundable and valid for three months from the purchase date. If you fail to attend or cancel within 24 hours, the session will be deducted from your pass.
Wild Swimming Sessions
Wild swimming takes place in natural waters, subject to weather and safety conditions. Sessions may be rescheduled for safety reasons. Participants must be confident swimmers and wear appropriate gear (e.g., wetsuits if required). Participation is at your own risk. Jana Yoga is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from cold water exposure or natural elements. Follow all instructor guidance and respect environmental regulations.
Health & Safety
Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start. Inform the instructor of any health concerns before your session. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or any medical concerns, seek medical advice before participating. Respectful behaviour is expected in all sessions.
Liability & Personal Belongings
Participation is at your own risk. Jana Yoga is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen personal belongings. By attending, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks.
