Service Description
Join me for a private wild swimming session at the beautiful St. Andrews Castle or West Sands in St. Andrews for a bespoke experience designed to help guide you into the north sea at any time of the year so that you get the most from your experience. Expertise in breath work to calm the nervous system and prepare you for the temperature of the water. The ultimate goal will be for you to enjoy taking yourself out of your comfort zone, connecting to the magnificence of nature and her healing capabilities. Leaving you feeling invigorated, charged up and full of life. If you have any pre-existing heart conditions, unmedicated high blood pressure, asthma or pregnancy please consult with your doctor or contact Jana for more advice before booking this experience. We will meet at Seaton House and do some gentle stretching, breath work and discuss the conditions on the day. You will need suitable warm clothes and swimwear, we will provide Dry Robes and towels. If you have swim socks and gloves they would be beneficial especially in the Winter months. After your guided experience in the water, there will be warm refreshments and energy balls. We will meet at Seaton House.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions (updated 27.02.2025) 1. General 1.1. By booking or attending any session with Jana Yoga (www.janayoga.co.uk), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1.2. All participants must register and complete a health waiver before attending any session. 1.3. Payments must be made in advance. 1.4. The schedule is subject to change. 2. Cancellation Policy 2.1. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled class if you need to cancel or reschedule. 2.2. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, your class pass will be deducted, and payments are non-refundable. 3. Class Passes 3.1. Class passes are non-refundable and valid for three months from the purchase date. 3.2. If you fail to attend or cancel within 24 hours, the session will be deducted from your pass. 4. Wild Swimming Sessions 4.1. Wild swimming takes place in natural waters, subject to weather and safety conditions. Sessions may be rescheduled for safety reasons. 4.2. Participants must be confident swimmers and wear appropriate gear (e.g., wetsuits if required). 4.3. Participation is at your own risk. Jana Yoga is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from cold water exposure or natural elements. 4.4. Follow all instructor guidance and respect environmental regulations. 5. Health & Safety 5.1. Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start. 5.2. Inform the instructor of any health concerns before your session. 5.3. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or any medical concerns, seek medical advice before participating. 5.4. Respectful behavior is expected in all sessions. 6. Liability & Personal Belongings 6.1. Participation is at your own risk. Jana Yoga is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen personal belongings. 6.2. By attending, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks. 7. Privacy & Contact 7.1.
