Terms & Conditions (updated 10.06.2026) 1. General 1.1. By booking or attending any session with Jana Yoga (www.janayoga.co.uk), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1.2. All participants must register and complete a health waiver before attending any session. 1.3. Payments must be made in advance. 1.4. The schedule is subject to change. 2. Cancellation Policy 2.1 Due to limited spaces and the nature of this event, all bookings are non-refundable and non transferable. Please ensure you are able to attend before booking. Final balance payment due 30days before retreat. Jana Yoga to send payment link. 3. Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking. This includes but is not limited to heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnancy, and any sensitivity to cacao or stimulants. 3.1Cacao ceremonies involve ceremonial-grade cacao, which contains theobromine, a mild stimulant. Participants must disclose any relevant allergies, medication (particularly MAOIs or antidepressants), or sensitivities in advance. The Company does not provide medical advice, and Participants should consult a healthcare professional if in doubt. 4.1. Wild swimming takes place in natural waters, subject to weather and safety conditions. . 4.2. Participation is at your own risk. Jana Yoga is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from cold water exposure or natural elements.
